These are the simple ingredients required to make the Maida sweet balls at home. These ingredients are easily available in markets.

First take abowl small or a cooking utensil and in it first take jaggery. Jaggery should be in small pieces.

After adding the Jaggery in now let us add the sugar in the cooking utensil.
STEP : 4
Cook the Jaggery and sugar mixture well till it melts and gets dissolve. After that now add the ghee.

Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Do not over cook it.

Now add the artificial color saffron in the utensil. I have used saffron to get good color to Maida sweet balls.

Now at this point switch off the stove and add the crushed or powdered cardamom seeds powder in the mixture.

Keep the mixture a side and now take a bowl in it pour Maida flour.

To the Maida flour now add the prepared mixture. Add the mixture little slowly in the bowl.

Add the mixture and mix it well till you get the desired consistency you require.

Now take a pan or kadai and in it add oil and let it heat up for frying.

As the oil gets heated up now slowly take the mixture in ball shape with the help of hands and leave it in the kadai to fry.

Fry till the balls cook on both the sides and turn them evenly while frying. After they are fried remove it from the kadai.

Finally the Maida sweet balls are ready to eat enjoy the recipe with your family members and serve it hot or cold.
