- 1.00 Cup Curd
- 0.5 Tbsp Ginger
- 1.00 No Green Chilly
- 1.00 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 0.5 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1.00 Tbsp Oil
- 1.00 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 0.5 Cup Besan Floor
- 0.5 Tbsp salt
Instructions

- For making this kadhi , firstly take a one cup of curd , then put that in the blender.
- After adding the curd to the curd,now add 1/2 cup of besan flour to the jar , and blend this fully.
- After blending the curd and besan flour it is looks as in the below image , it have to mix fully.
- After that take a 1/2 pinch of ginger and grated as in the below image , and cut the one green chilly in a small pieces.
- Now take a one pan in this add 1 table spun of oil , and make it heat in the low medium flame.
- After making the heat the thava , add 1/2 table spun of mustard seeds,and fry in a low medium flame.
- After making the heat the thava add 1/2 table spun of cumin seeds, and fry in a low medium flame.
- Now add grated ginger and green chilly to the kada and fry this in a low medium flame.
- After that now add 1 table spun of turmeric powder to the kada , it is the main ingredient to the kadhi.
- After that now add curry leaves to the kada, Add 3 to 4 curry leaves or more than that.
- After adding all the ingredients to the kada , now add blend curd and besan to the kada,which we prepared in the above.
- After adding the blend curd and besan – add 1/2 pinch of salt to the kada . don’t add more than 1/2 pinch.
- Now add Œ spun of black salt it gives a different taste to the kadhi , and black salt is also good for health.
- Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes in a low medium flame , then the Maharashtrian kadhi is ready.
- Now the healthy and tasty Maharastri Khadi is ready to serve now, we can preserve this for 2 days.
