This is a traditional Bengali recipe.Fresh parshe fish pieces cooked to perfection with sarso pest, serve with hot steamed rice makes an ideal main course.This recipe is specialty from Westbengal. This recipe loves all the fish lover and also all the age group.

Ingredients of Macher jhal

2.00 no fish
1.00 no ginger
4.00 no green chilli
1.00 tbsp cumin seeds
1.00 no coriander leaves bunch
1.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmerc powder
2.00 tbsp mustered oil

Macher jhal

Take some fish pieces and keep aside, take some coriander lives, green chilies, cumin seeds powder and ginger all those things bring together and keep aside.
