Very Spicy And Healthy Macaroni Mango Curry Recipe With Simple Step
Macaroni mango curry is very spicy and tasty. It is served with rice and roti. This is the best snack items of macaroni curry. It is very quick and it can be prepared at home.
Ingredients
Macaroni Mango Curry
- 1.00 cup Macaroni
- 1.00 nos raw mango
- 1.00 cup onions
- 2.00 tbsp red chilly powder
- 1.50 tbsp salt for taste
- 1.00 tbsp green chilies
- 3.00 tbsp oil
- 1.00 tbsp jeera powder
- 5.00 nos mint leaves
Instructions
Macaroni Mango Curry
- First of all take the raw mango and cut them in to a small pieces and keep aside and also cut the onions in ti small pieces.
- now switch on the stove and take a pan add the 3 tbsp of oil in that and fry the onions well.
- now add the salt for taste and mix well once and then add the turmeric powder and fry until the onions turn to light golden color.
- now after frying the onions add the red chilly powder and then macaroni and mix well once until all of them fry for 2 minutes.
- now after that add the one glass of water and mix well and cook them for 10 minutes so that they become soft.
- now take the mango pieces and add them in the boiled macaronis and cook for sometime so that a good flavour comes out.
- now cook the gravy for 10 to 15 minutes then add the jeera powder and mint leaves and mix well once.
- now cook that for 2 minutes and switch off the stove and take a serving bowl and serve tasty and soured macaroni and raw mango gravy in the bowl and garnish with mint leaves.
