Ingredients of Macaroni kheer
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare macaroni kheer or pasta payasam,we need whole milk,macaronis,badam,cashew nuts,raisins ,green cardamoms,ghee,jaggery

Initially turn on the flame ,add a tablespoon of ghee and let it melt in low flame.

Add one and half cup of macaronis in a ghee and roast it for few seconds.

Add three cups of water or enough water and let it boil till it becomes soft

Add little bit of salt and mix it,adding salt is important otherwise it will taste bland.

Now these stage ,check the macaronis or pasta as cooked 80 percent or nice soft.

Now filter the excess water using strainer and check the pasta has become good soft.

Let's roast the nuts,place a kadai add the remaining tablespoon of ghee and let it melt.

Add finely crunched badam and let it roast for few seconds for nice crispness and taste.

Add crunched cashews in a ghee and roast it till it turns golden brown color.

Add quarter cup of raisins and mix it,if you won't prefer ,you can skip it.

Take 3/4 cup of jaggery and make it semi powder to make a thick syrup.

Turn on the flame,Boil the powdered jaggery in a separate thick vessel to make syrup.

Add little bit of water don't add too much of water and start to boil

When the jaggery starts boiling nicely ,mix it well and let it completely dissolves properly

Turn off the flame ,when it cools filter it using metal strainer to remove the impurities.

At the same time ,turn on the flame ,place a thick pan add half litre of milk.

When it starts boiling add two nos of crunched green cardamoms and mix it for good smell.

Now scrape the side edges using spoon at regular intervals of time and store the curdling.

Add the cooked pasta or macaroni and mix it completely for few seconds and let it cook.

At these stage ,add the filtered jaggery syrup in kheer and mix it thoroughly for few seconds.

Now add the ghee roasted nuts into the mixture and mix it well using spoon.

Turn off the flame and allow to cool for few minutes and transfer it in a serving bowl,our ruchi macaroni kheer is ready.
