This is a masala gravy of Bengal Carp which is served with rice. It is a semi gravy dish and is prepared very easily with only tomato and cumin paste. Fried onion and Potato add to the taste of the fish because of the aroma.

0.25 cup Cauliflower
1.00 no Potato
0.25 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1.00 tbsp Cumin Paste
1.00 tbsp Ginger Paste
1.00 no Tomato
2.00 no Chili
0.50 tbsp Garam Masala
0.50 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Turmeric
6.00 tbsp Oil

Now I'm staying in Maldives..I have been trying all of your recipes so far.. we came to India for spending our vacation last month..
