Cut loote fish in small pieces. Heat oil in a pan. on the other hand chopped the onion,garlic green chilli(handfull in no.) In the oil add chopped onion ,garlic, green chilli, ginger paste one by one. Saute it. when the masala release oil, add fish. Now stir it hard so the fish broken into smallest pieces. when the mixture turn golden and crispy it is ready to serve.

0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp salt
8.00 tbsp mustered oil
0.50 tbsp sugar

Take out the lid, now keep stirring fast with force so that the fish do not stick from bottom as in this time fish have to be broken and smashed with sharp spatula and it look like bharta and the juice get start reducing or dry.

This bharta look alike fish is now start reducing its own juice and getting dry, make it dry as per your choice as some like it little moist and other like it complete dry.
