STEP : 1
Cut and clean with water the loitta fish, onion, garlic , green chili, coriander leaves all those things bring together and keep aside.

wash the laitta fish and add the salt and turmeric powder in to the laitta fish and mix well with fish and keep aside fore five minutes.

At first chop the onion and keep aside then chop the green chili then chop the coriander leaves and crush the garlic and all those things bring together.

Hot a pan and add some oil in it . when oil is become hot add the chopped onion and fry for two minutes in high flame.

Then add the crush garlic in to the fried onion and cook for another two minutes in high flame on gas oven.

Then add the marinated laitta fish in to the fried onion and garlic and cook for another five minutes in low flame.

Then add chopped green chili in to the cooked laitta fish and cook for another two minutes in high flame.
STEP : 8
Then add the chopped coriander leaves in to the cooked laitta fish and add some salt in it and cook for another two minutes in high flame.
STEP : 9
Then serve this recipe hot in a serving plate for eating. Serve this recipe with hot steamed rice for a satisfying meal.
