A traditional Bengali tangy laitta fish preparation , flavoured with onion garlic and coriander leaves is an all time fevourite . Serve this laitta fish recipe with hot steamed rice for a satisfying meal. This is a speciality from bengal . This recipe love all the fish lovers.

Ingredients of Loitta fish jhuri

0.50 kg Laitta fish
3.00 no onion
1.00 no garlic
4.00 no green chili
2.00 no coriander leaves bunch
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 cup oil
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder

Cut and clean with water the loitta fish, onion, garlic , green chili, coriander leaves all those things bring together and keep aside.

At first chop the onion and keep aside then chop the green chili then chop the coriander leaves and crush the garlic and all those things bring together.

Hot a pan and add some oil in it . when oil is become hot add the chopped onion and fry for two minutes in high flame.
