Boil the thick noodles and set it in a plate and then chop the bell pepper and the carrots. Slit the green chili

Cut the tofu into cubes, wash the dill leaves and the coriander leaves. Chop the celery stem. Chop the broccoli into florets as shown.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry all the vegetables together as shown in the image and cook till they are crispy.

Add the dill and coriander leaves to the fried vegetables and mix them very well. Cook till it is crunchy .

Fry the noodles in oil with salt and a little bit of tomato sauce till they turn slightly orangish in color.

Now fry the cubed tofu in the oil till they are slightly golden in color, add some salt to it.

Now mix all the vegetables along with the tofu as shown in the image and then add some grated cheese on top of it.

Spread the noodles in a serving plate as shown in the image so that the ready vegetable gravy can be served on top and the lo main is ready to be served.
