Very Simple And Delicacy Lime Coconut Rice Recipe For Breakfast
Lime Coconut Rice
- 1.00 cup Cilantro
- 0.50 nos Lemon
- 2.00 cup Rice
- 1.00 cup Water
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 nos Garlic
- 0.25 cup Coconut milk
Lime Coconut Rice
- For making this recipe we are using one cup of rice , which is cleaned fully .
- After that wash the rice in a water and sock for 5 minute .
- After wash the rice and sock for 5 minutes , remove the water from rice , and take a one kada and add the rice into the kada .
- Now add 3/4 cup of water and cook in a medium flame for 10 minutes .
- After cooking the rice for 10 minutes , now add fresh coconut milk to the kada as in the below image .
- Now take a one bunch of cilantro leaves and wash it in a water .
- Take a one jar in this add 1/2 cup of cilantro , no need to remove the stick .
- Now add 2 garlic cloves to the jar , it gives the good taste as well good for health also .
- Take a one lemon and extract the 1/2 lemon juice to the jar directly .
- Now add 1/2 cup of water to the jar , for grinding purpose .
- Now add 1 table spun of cooking oil to the jar , olive oil is gives the best taste .
- After adding all the ingredients , grind it as a fully paste , then it’s looks as in the below image .
- After cooking the rice with coconut milk , let it spread as in the below image .
- Now add the grind paste to the rice , as in the below image .
- Now add 1/2 table spun of salt to the kada , or as per your taste .
- After adding the salt to the kada , mix it well as i shown in the below image .
- Now the Cilantro lime coconut rice is ready to serve now , Serve this with chutney for a good combination .
