Cilantro Lime coconut Rice is one of fried rice type recipe , and also it is consume less time to prepare , and it is tastiest also ,coconut and Rice are the two main ingredients to make this recipe , it is a breakfast recipe ,

Ingredients of Lime Coconut Rice

1.00 cup Cilantro
0.50 no Lemon
2.00 cup Rice
1.00 cup Water
2.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Salt
1.00 no Garlic
0.25 cup Coconut milk

Lime Coconut Rice

For making this recipe we are using one cup of rice , which is cleaned fully .

STEP : 1

After that wash the rice in a water and sock for 5 minute .

After wash the rice and sock for 5 minutes , remove the water from rice , and take a one kada and add the rice into the kada .

Now add 3/4 cup of water and cook in a medium flame for 10 minutes .

Now take a one bunch of cilantro leaves and wash it in a water .

Take a one jar in this add 1/2 cup of cilantro , no need to remove the stick .

Now add 2 garlic cloves to the jar , it gives the good taste as well good for health also .

Take a one lemon and extract the 1/2 lemon juice to the jar directly .

After adding all the ingredients , grind it as a fully paste ,  then it's looks as in the below image .
