STEP : 1
Take 6 Sole fish and clean thoroughly, peel off the skin on both the sides, wash and keep aside. Take red chilly powder, corn flour, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, finely chopped coriander leaves and lime juice.

Mix all the above ingredients mentioned in Step 1 and apply on the fish nicely and see that the fish is completely covered with the masala.

Heat a non-stick pan, add little oil and shallow fry the fish. Once the fish turns slightly brown turn the side and fry on the other side.

Once the fish is fried, serve on a plate and garnish with sliced onion and coriander leaves and squeeze lime juice on it.
