South Indian Special Tasty Nimbu Rasam Using Simple Ingredients

Ingredients of Lemon rasam
STEP : 1
Take one fresh tomato clean it well and put in a jar ,take only the ripen tomato for making the rasam.

Keep the cap on it and grind it to make a fine paste without using any water we need to grind it.

Take one pan add oil to it of 2 table spoon and made it to heat for some time in a low flame.
STEP : 4
Now add the cumin of 1/2 table spoon and mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to the oil and made it fry.

After these are fried add tomato paste and turmeric to it and made it to cook for some time in a low flame.

Once they are cooked add water of 4 cups to it and boil it in a high flame for 5 to 10 minutes.

Add salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and stir well until the salt dissolves and keep the lid on the above to boil the water.
STEP : 8
Add jaggery to the water and made it to dissolve in it by stir well with a spoon in a medium flame.
STEP : 9
Take the nimbu cut into half and that one will be squezed in to it and mix well without seeds of nimbu.

Before put off the stove add garam masala to it mix well and take into the serving bowl in a hot manner only.
