STEP : 1
Take the garlic and peel them and wash them and keep them as whole pieces. Chop the green chili into small pieces. Wash and chop the coriander leaves into small pieces. Take a lemon and cut it into 2 halves for extracting the juice.

Take the chicken boneless cubes from the breast piece and wash them very well under running water so that they are cleaned.

Chop the chicken pieces either using a grater or a sharp edged knife into very small sized pieces so that they boil easily.

take 2 cups of water and add it in the kadai. Add the salt, turmeric and black pepper powder and bring it to boil.

Once the water starts boiling add the chunks of chicken to the same and make the broth thicker so that the volume reduces by half.

Strain the broth using a strainer and keep the chicken stock in a bowl and the chicken pieces in a separate plate.

Heat a little oil in the kadai and add the garlic and green chili and fry till the garlic turns slightly golden in color.

To the fried garlic in the above step add the boiled chicken and deep fry them well so that the chicken is crispier.

Once the chicken is fried add the chicken stock prepared earlier and squeeze the lemon juice and let the soup boil.

Once the soup is boiled add the freshly chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flames. Let the soup settle and cool a little before it is ready to be served.
