  • 0.25 kg Bottle Gourd
  • 2.00 tbsp Oil
  • 0.50 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.50 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 0.25 tbsp Turmeric
  • 0.50 tbsp Salt
  • 2.00 cup Water

  • First of all take the bottle gourd or lauki and peel it and then wash it properly, and then cut them into small pieces.

  • Then, take the oil in the pan and when it gets heated add the cummins and mustard to the oil pan.

  • After that, add the spices to the pan and cook them well and after that add some water to it and let it boil.

  • When the spices gets cooked well, add the bottle gourd or lauki to the pan and mix well with the spices.

  • After that , add the water to the pan and then let the lauki cook for around 10 minutes with the lid covered.

  • When the lauki gets cooked, close the burner and take the sabzi out of the pan into the bowl and the dish is ready to serve.
