Ingredients of Lauki masala
STEP : 1
First of all take the bottle gourd or lauki and peel it and then wash it properly, and then cut them into small pieces.

Then, take the oil in the pan and when it gets heated add the cummins and mustard to the oil pan.
STEP : 3
After that, add the spices to the pan and cook them well and after that add some water to it and let it boil.
STEP : 4
When the spices gets cooked well, add the bottle gourd or lauki to the pan and mix well with the spices.
STEP : 5
After that , add the water to the pan and then let the lauki cook for around 10 minutes with the lid covered.
STEP : 6
When the lauki gets cooked, close the burner and take the sabzi out of the pan into the bowl and the dish is ready to serve.
