Ingredients
For Lauki Kofta Preparation
- 4.00 tbsp Besan
- 1.00 tbsp salt
- 1.00 tbsp red chili powder
- 1.00 tbsp garam masala powder
- 3.00 tbsp mint leaf
- 1.00 cup oil
For Gravy Preparation
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1.00 nos onion
- 1.00 nos tomato
- 1.00 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1.00 tbsp garam masala powder
- 1.00 cup water
- 1.00 tbsp sugar
- 1.00 tbsp coriander leaf
Instructions
For Lauki Kofta Preparation
- At first we need to grate the lauki (bottle gourd) and squeeze out the excess water from it and keep aside with all other ingredients.
- now we take grated lauki and to it add besan(gram flour), salt, red chilli powder, mint leaves and garam masala powder. mix them well and make small balls and deep fry them.
For Gravy Preparation
- Heat wok add oil, cumin seeds, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste and all the dry masala except garam masala and fry till oil starts separating from the mix.
- After the masala have cooked well add a cup of water let it come to boil then add the fried koftas, now add the garam masala.
- At last serve the dish into a bowl and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leafs, and wit your hot chapattis or paratha.
