STEP : 1
Take some Loki and keep aside, Then take some buli dal and some methi and some cumin seeds.

pill the loki and cut it properly and wash it with water and keep aside. And cut the green chili and keep aside.

Hot a pan and add some dal in it and fry it and keep aside.

Then take a preacher cooker and add some water in it and some dal in it and keep aside for cooking the next step.

Then add some gourd pieces into the water and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.

Then add some green chili into the gourd and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.

Then boil all those things and add some salt in it and keep aside for cooking.

Take a pan and hot it, when it becomes hot add some oil in it and again hot it

Then add some red chili into the hot oil and fry them for few seconds on the high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some cumin seeds into the hot oil and fry them for few seconds on the high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the boiled dal and boiled gourd into the phorone and cook it in the gas oven.

Then add sone turmeric powder into the dal and cook it for few minutes in high flame.

serve this recipe in the serving bowl for eating. serve this recipe with hot roti hot or paratha or hot steamed rice.
