This can be done with the one of the vegetable that is long melon and this can be used for several purpose but today i am going to show how to prepare sweet item with this long melon vegetable easily.

Ingredients of Lauki halwa

1.00 cup longmelon
0.25 tbsp bakingsalt
0.50 tbsp ghee
0.50 cup sugar
1.00 liter milk
0.25 tbsp raisins
0.50 tbsp cashews
0.25 tbsp cardamom

Take the long melon which is the main ingredient and cut it to small pieces and peel of the skin from it with the help of peeler.
