The key ingredients to prepare Doodhi chana dal ,we need Lauki,onions,Toor dal,chana dal,green chillies,ginger,tomatoes,cumin seeds, Tamarind,cumin seeds powder,Turmeric powder,garam masala,coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin seeds powder,garlic cloves,oil and salt.
