- 1.00 tbsp Sugar
- 1.00 nos Yelaki

- 0.25 tbsp Kesar

- For making this lassi , we have to take 1 cup of thick yogurt or curd.
- Firstly take a one jar in this add 1 cup of curd for making this lassi.
- After adding the curd to the jar,add 1 table spun of sugar.You can also add 2 table spun of sugar also.
- Now add 1 cardamom to the jar,it give the good flavor to the lassi , it is also good for health also.
- After that now add 1 pinch of kesar to the jar ,Hire i powder the kesar ,you can add raw also.
- After adding all the ingredients to the jar , now add 1 cup of water to the jar.
- After adding all the ingredients grind this for 5 to 8 minutes, for a good taste.
- Now the healthy and tasty sweet panjabi lassi is ready to serve now you can also add ice cubes for chilled flavor.
