STEP : 1
Take some lady's fingers then wash it with some water and keep aside for cooking the recipe of bhindi kalonji .

Cut the lady's finger into small pieces and keep aside, chop the green chilli and keep aside and take some kalonji and bring together and keep aside.

Take a pan then hot this pan, when the pan become hot add some oil in it and hot it another one minutes.

Then add some kalonji into the hot oil and fry them for few seconds on the high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some green chillies into the hot oil and fry them for few seconds on the high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some lady's finger pieces into the hot oil and fry them for few minutes on the high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some salt on the fried lady's finger pieces and fry them for few minutes on the high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some turmeric powder on the cooked lady's finger pieces and fry them for few minutes on the high flame on the gas oven.

serve this recipe in the serving bowl for eating. serve this recipe with hot roti hot paratha with some chopped green chillies.
