STEP : 1
Extract tamarind juice in a bowl and keep a side. Take about two table spoon of fresh cream and keep a side

Take a mixer jar and add coconut,chilly powder and add water. Make a paste from this and keep a side.

Cut ladies finger into small pieces and keep aside. Roughly chop curry leaves and keep aside. Cut tomato into medium pieces and keep a side

Take a medium kadai and pour tamarind juice into it. When it starts to boil add cut vegetable like bhendi,tomato and curry leaves into it. Keep the lid and cook till bhendi becomes soft.

STEP : 5
When vegetable cooked well add grind coconut and chilly paste into it. Stir well and add cream into it. Stir the vegetable well so all ingredients mixed well Keep a lid and cook till a boil comes to the huli. Garnish with coriander and bhende huli is ready to serve.
