Ingredients of Lachha paratha
STEP : 1
Take one cup of wheat flour and add salt (according to your taste) and add one spoon of melted ghee in it.

Add 2/3 cup of water in the mixture and make dough of the mixture and leave the dough for 5 minutes.

Make 4 equal size of balls from the dough to make 4 lacha prantha. Take one ball and make it in the round shape with the help of dry wheat and chakla (belna).

Apply one table spoon of melted ghee or oil and spread it on the whole round and also apply dry wheat on it.

Start folding it from one side to make a roll, with the hands make the roll larger and also apply oil on the roll.

From one side of the roll start again folding it to make it in the round shape ball as in the image.

With the help of dry flour again make a round of it as in step 3. And place it on the tawa and heat it.

Your lacha prantha is ready to serve. Cut it into 4 pieces and serve it with any vegetable or with curd. You can also apply butter with dry coriander(dhaniya) on it.
