It is a prantha which is very tasty. It has layers which makes it different from any other pranthas. It is different from other pranthas as it doesnot contain anything to fill in it. You can eat it with any vegetable and serve it in front of your guests and feel proud after hearing their views.

Ingredients of Lachha paratha

1.50 cup Wheat Flour
2.00 tbsp melted ghee
0.25 cup water
2.00 tbsp salt

Take one cup of wheat flour and add salt (according to your taste) and add one spoon of melted ghee in it.

Your lacha prantha is ready to serve. Cut it into 4 pieces and serve it with any vegetable or with curd. You can also apply butter with dry coriander(dhaniya) on it.
