This is a mixed veg recipe offered during Durga Puja along with Khicdi and five types of vegetable fries. It is a total vegetarian dish and cooked using some dry roasted and ground masala like coriander and cumin seeds along with methi. It is cooked using ginger paste and coconut paste.
