Ingredients of Labra recipe
STEP : 1
Peel all the vegetables and wash them and clean them and cut it into small pieces as shown in the figure so that they are all uniformly cooked.

Heat a kadai and dry roast the cumin and the coriander leaves well in the kadai so that they become hardened and can be ground.
STEP : 3
Heat oil in a kadai and add the bay leaf and red chili and fry them well. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to the oil.

Make a paste of the ginger and coconut. Slit the green chili and set aside the fresh roasted masala which needs to be ground. Take the tomato and it has to be chopped into small pieces.

Add all the cut vegetables to the hot oil in the kadai as shown in the image. Mix all the ingredients very well.

To all the vegetables add the salt sugar and turmeric powder and mix them very well so that the vegetables are blended thoroughly.

To the vegetable mixture add the chopped tomato and slit green chili and fry it well so that the tomato is melted and blends well.

To the vegetable mixture add the ginger paste and the coconut paste and mix it well with the rest of the vegetables.

Add a cup of water so that the vegetables are cooked in the gravy and get boiled uniformly. Cover with a lid and cook it in simmer till all the water is drained off.

Once all the water is drained off add the freshly ground dry roasted masala and then serve it with ghee and topped coriander leaves.
