It is an authentic north Indian side dish made up with Bengal gram and onion tomato and other Indian spices. Famously it is called Bombay chutney. It is mild spicy. It is best suited for poor I and roti dishes.

Ingredients of Kurma recipe

1.00 cup Coconut
1.00 cup bengal gram
4.00 no chilli
2.00 no onion
1.00 no tomato
4.00 no cashew
2.00 cup water
1.00 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 cup coriander
1.00 no clove
1.00 no cinnamon
2.00 tbsp oil

Kurma recipe

In a mixer take equal parts of chopped coconut and Bengal gram. Add half tsp of salt to the mixture to grind.

In a kadai heat oil and add cinnamon and pieces of clove. After frying for a while add chopped onions in the kadai. Fry until it becomes brown.
