STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare kurkuri bhindi recipe, we need lady fingers,gram flour, rice flour, carom seeds , lemon juice, red chilly powder, coriander powder ,cumin powder, turmeric powder, oil for fry and salt to taste.

Take 250 grams of lady fingers , wash it then wipe them into kitchen towel now trim the lady fingers and divide them vertically cut into small pieces.

Do the remaining ladyfingers in a same way and seperate them in a bowl , add two tablespoon of lemon juice and mix it well.

Add two tablespoon of gram flour into ladyfingers or sprinkle it all over the area .

Add a tablespoon of rice flour and mix it thoroughly few seconds by using spoon.

Add a tablespoon of red chilly powder , you can even add half tablespoon of chaat masala.

Add a tablespoon of cumin powder or jeera powder and you can even spread little bit of corn flour.

Add a tablespoon of coriander powder, now mix all these ingredients very well untill blend with lady finger strips.

Add half pinch of turmeric powder, you can even sprinkle crunched black pepper powder into the mixture.

Add a pinch of salt or salt for your taste and mix it completely for nice sour and bitterness.

Add half tablespoon of carom seeds or ajwain into the mixture and let it leave for 3 to 5 minutes.

Turn on the flame , place a tawa add œ cup of cooking oil and let it heat for few seconds for deep fry.

Drop the slices into hot oil in a medium heat and deep fry till it turns golden color and crispy .
