Kurkuri bhindi is a different recipe by using ladies finger by using stuffing masala after that deep frying with oil, it contains a rich sour by using lemon or dry mango powder, kids love this innovative recipe and also it is favourite for all age peoples.

0.25 kg Bhindi
1.00 cup Gram flour
1.00 tbsp Coriander powder
0.50 tbsp Turmaric powder
1.00 tbsp Lemon juice
0.50 tbsp Garam masala
1.00 tbsp Red chilli powder
1.00 tbsp Salt
0.50 tbsp Carom seeds
1.00 tbsp Rice flour
1.50 cup Oil

The key ingredients to prepare kurkuri bhindi recipe, we need lady fingers,gram flour, rice flour, carom seeds , lemon juice, red chilly powder, coriander powder ,cumin powder, turmeric powder, oil for fry and salt to taste.

Take 250 grams of lady fingers , wash it then wipe them into kitchen towel now trim the lady fingers and divide them vertically cut into small pieces.

I have not thought that a dish can be prepared with such an ease. This is really innovative and creative. I can definitely tell that any one can do this recipe at home and its also very less time consuming. You can try this with rice. This fried looks really crispy and crunchy.
