STEP : 1
Take the Ingredients Raw rice,Urad Dal, Toor Dal,Moong Dal,Chana Dal ,Dry Red Chillies,Curry Leaves chopped.

Clean and soak the Raw rice,Urad Dal, Toor Dal,Moong Dal,Chana Dal in water for 2 hours.

Take the soaked the Raw rice,Urad Dal, Toor Dal,Moong Dal,Chana Dal and put in the mixture.

Now you need to add the Dry Red Chillies into the mixer grinder and close the mixer.

Add the lentils to the mixture and grind till you have a fine but slightly coarse paste.

Now you need to Remove the batter to a clean bowl. Do not add any extra water.

Now you need to Add the chopped curry leaves and Coriander leaves into the bowl.

Now you need to Add the salt to taste into the bowl and mix it well.

Now you need to Add the asafetida powder in the bowl and mix it well.

Now you need to Heat oil in a kadai and keep it in medium flame.

Now the oil is very hot so Drop a small tablespoon of kunuku into the oil.keep it in medium flame.

Fry it in a medium flame, wait until it turns golden brown, turn and fry in between.

Now you need to fry till golden brown.keep it in medium flame wait for 5-8 mins.

Now you need to take the kunuku from the kadai and put in the clean bowl.
