STEP : 1
Take the onion , garlic and ginger to cook the chicken gravy. Set aside the spring onion - Set aside the green chili paste, cornflour, vinegar, soya sauce and black pepper powder.

Take the boneless chicken breast piece and wash it very well and clean it thoroughly so that it can be cut and marinated.

Now take the chicken cube and then with a sharp knife cut the breast into small sized chicken cubes as shown.

Prepare the marination sauce for the chicken by mixing salt, vinegar, green chili sauce and white rum and mix all the contents very well.

Add the marination sauce to the chicken cubes and then mix it very well and set it aside for 15 minutes.

Heat a small amount of oil the tawa and then fry the marinated chicken as shown in the image till the top layer becomes brownish.

Cook on all sides of the chicken thoroughly so that the chicken is tender and becomes slightly brownish and then glaze it with a little amount of soya sauce till the sauce is dried.

Now heat oil in a kadai and then add the garlic, ginger and onion that had been chopped from step 1.

N ow add the peanuts to the oil and fry them till they are light brown in color as shown in the image.

Once the peanut is fried add the spring onion to the kadai and fry and mix the contents till it starts emitting an aroma.

Now add the glazed chicken cubes that were fried in the tawa to the kadai and mix with the rest of the contents.

Add some water and a little bit of white rum to the chicken to form the gravy, cook for a minute or two till the gravy is thickened and then the chicken is ready to be served.
