Kovakkai thengai poriyal is one of the tastey and healthy recipe this is very easy to prepare this can be prepared with less ingredients what we regularly have in our kitchen this is good combination for sambar rice try this at your home

Ingredients of kovakkai poriyal

0.50 kg kovakkai
2.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp mustard
2.00 tbsp curry leaves
0.25 cup onion
3.00 tbsp bengalgram
0.25 cup tomatoes
0.75 tbsp chili powder
0.75 tbsp salt
0.25 cup coconut

Kovakkai poriyal

Take all the ingredients and keep it ready chopped onion into long pieces and cut the kovakkai into a circle pieces otherwise you can cut this as Long pieces also
