hi friends, Kovakkai is a good source of nutrients, vitamins and mineral. It is very good for our health. Kovakkai Chutney is very easy to prepare and it is very simple.Every one need to have this Kovakkai Chutney.

Ingredients of Kovakkai chutney

4.00 no Kovakkai
6.00 tbsp small Onion
4.00 no Red chilli
1 cup water
1.00 tbsp asafoetida powder
2.00 tbsp oil
4.00 no curry leaves
1.25 tbsp salt
2 tbsp urad dal

first you need to take the ingredients Kovakkai , small onion , asafoetida powder, salt , red chilies.
