Ingredients
For Maida Flour Ingredients
- 1.00 cup maida
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.25 cup Water
For Masala Ingredients
- 0.25 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 2.00 nos red dried chili
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 2.00 cup green peace
- 0.25 tbsp salt
- 0.25 tbsp sugar
- 2.00 tbsp Masala powder
Instructions
For Maida Flour Ingredients
- Take a big bowl and add some maida in it and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Take some oil and add the oil to maida and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Take some water and add the water to maida and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Mix all things and make a dow from it and keep asid for cookingg the next step of the recipe.

For Masala Ingredients
- Take some maida, some green peace, some dried red chili, cumin seeds, all those things bring together and keep aside.
- Take a grinder then add the green peace and paste it properly and keep a side.
- Paste the green peace and keep it in a big bowl and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Take a pan and hot it and then add some cumin seeds to it and again hot the cumin seeds.
- Take a pan and hot it and then add some dried red chili to it and fry it for few minutes in high flame.
- Then take a grinder and add some fryied masala in it and grind it and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Grind the masala and keep it in a small bowl and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Take a pan and hot it and then add some oil to it and again hot the oil.
- Then add the green peace paste in it and cook it for few minutes in high flame.
- Then add the salt and sugar in it and cook it for few minutes in high flame.
- Then add the rosted masala powder in it and cook it for few minutes in high flame.
- Then keep it in a bowl and keep it with maida dow and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Take a chaki for keep the pera on it and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Takr a belan and roll it and makr some round shaped kachori from it and keep aside.
- Then add the rolled kachori in it and fry it for few minutes in high flame.
- Serve this recipe hot in a serving bowl for eating with chana dal or aloo dam. and garnished with raita.
