- 7.00 nos Ladies Finger
- 1.00 nos Tomato
- 1.00 nos onion
- 1.00 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 0.50 tbsp coriander Powder
- 0.50 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 nos coriander Leaves
- 1.00 cup water
- 5.00 nos curry leaves
- 1.00 cup Tamarind Small Size
- 2.00 tbsp Gingelly Oil
- 0.25 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 0.25 tbsp Fenugreek
- 1.00 cup Garlic And Ginger
Instructions
Kollu Vendakkai Pachadi
- Now you can take the ingredients tomato , onion , kollu , garlic , ginger ,lady’s finger .
- first Now you need to put a Kollu in the pan and than roast it for 3 to 4 mins.
- Once cool down you need to soak the kollu into the water for 4 to 5 hr.
- Now you need to take the soaked kollu and than put it into the cooker and add water.
- Now you need to close the cooker and leave it for 4 to 5 whistle.
- Now you need to heat the pan and than put Gingelly oil.wait for 1 mins.
- Now you need to add the Mustard seeds , Cumin seeds and Fenugreek into the pan.
- Now you need to add the onion into the pan and wait till it colour changes.
- Now you need to add the tomato into the pan and mix it well.wait for 2 mins.
- Now you need to mash the closer garlic and ginger and it should be like this.
- Now you need to add the garlic and ginger into the pan and mix it well.wait for 2 mins.
- Now you need to add the curry leaves into the pan and mix it well.
- Now you need to add the Ladies finger into the pan and mix it well for 5 mins.
- Now you need to add the kollu into the pan and than mix it well for 1 mins.
- Now you need to add the Chilli powder,Coriander powder,Turmeric powder into the pan and than mix it well for 1 mins.
- Now you need to add the salt into the pan and than mix it well for 1 mins.
- Now you need to add the water into the pan and than mix it well for 1 mins.
- Now you need to add the tamarind water into the pan and than mix it well for 1 mins.
- Now you need to close the lid and keep the fame high.Wait for 5 mins.
- Now you need to open the lid and cook until the ladies finger is done.
- Now you need to add the coriander leaves into the kollu vendakkai pachadi. kollu vendakkai pachadi is ready.
