STEP : 1
First you need to take the ingredients Kollu , Jaggery , salt , coconut,Cardamom seed.

Now you need to put a Kollu in the pan and than roast it for 3 to 4 mins.

Once cool down you need to soak the kollu into the water for 4 to 5 hr.

Now you need to take the soaked kollu and than put it into the cooker and add water.

Now you need to close the cooker and leave it for 4 to 5 whistle.

Now you need to open the cooker than take out of water and put it into the clean cloth.

Now you need to take a mixture grinder and put the kollu into the mixture grinder.

Now you need to add the jaggery into the mixture grinder mix it well for 4 mins.

Now you need to grind it again until the kollu and jaggery are well blended.

Now you need to take a plate and transfer everything to a plate or bowl.

Now you need to add salt and than mix it well for 1 to 2 sec.

After making a ladoos you need to put ladoos in a plate like this and than put coconut.
