STEP : 1
Take all the ingredients and make it ready in a jar add papper cumin seeds and garlic and then add Red Chillies to it and grind it just for few seconds

STEP : 2
In a cooker at the soaked horse gram and add 2 cup of water to it little salt close the lid and cook it for about 5 whistles to come and once the steam goes drain the horse gram water separately as shown in the picture

Now keep a pan over the stove and add oil to it once the oil get heated add mustard and cumins and curry leaves then grinded pepper garlic to the oil and fry them nicely

Once all the ingredients fried nicely add the tamarind and tomato water to it and then add the horse gram extract water to the rasam and boiled them nicely for about 5 minutes and add adequate salt now healthy horse gram rasam is ready to chace the cold
