Horse gram pepper rasam is very easy to prepare and this is very healthy actually we use rasam as a digestive agent this is cold season during this cold season we may take tablets or medicines to chace the cold but this horse gram pepper Rasam is the good medicine for cold with the good taste we are going to prepare this just try this and protect yourself from the cold

Ingredients of Kollu rasam

5.00 tbsp Tamarind
1.00 cup Horse gram
2.00 no Tomato
4.00 no Red chillie
2.00 tbsp Pepper
1.00 tbsp Cumin
1.00 tbsp Mustard
2.00 tbsp Curry leaves
5.00 tbsp Garlic
4.00 tbsp Oil
2.00 tbsp Salt

Kollu rasam

Take all the ingredients and make it ready in a jar add papper cumin seeds and garlic and then add Red Chillies to it and grind it just for few seconds

In a cooker at the soaked horse gram and add 2 cup of water to it little salt close the lid and cook it for about 5 whistles to come and once the steam goes drain the horse gram water separately as shown in the picture

Now keep a pan over the stove and add oil to it once the oil get heated add mustard and cumins and curry leaves then grinded pepper garlic to the oil and fry them nicely
