hi friends,KOLLU PUTTU is very good for our health.It contains plenty of calcium, phosphorous, iron and protein. It supplies required nutrients to boost blood immunity power in fever and common cold.It is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients of kollu puttu

0.50 cup Kollu
1.50 cup Jaggery
1.00 no Cardamom Seeds
1.00 tsp salt
1.00 cup Coconut

First you need to take the ingredients Kollu , Jaggery , salt , coconut,Cardamom seed.
