Ingredients of Kollu kadai

STEP : 1
First you need to take the ingredients Kollu , salt , coconut , onion ,fennel seeds.

Once cool down you need to soak the kollu into the water for 6 to 7 hr.

Now you need to take a mixture grinder and put the kollu into the mixture grinder.

Now you need to coarsely grind the kollu with water and It should be like this.

Now you need to take a bowl and transfer everything to a plate or bowl .

Now you need to soak the Red Chillies into the water for 1 to 2 mins.

Now you need to add the Red Chillies into the mixture grinder mix it well for 1 mins.

Now you need to add the dosa maavu into the Kollu and than mix it well.

Now you need to add the water into the Kollu and than mix it well.

Now you need to keep the flame as low for preparing the kollu kara adai. Don't keep high flame.
