Ingredients of Kollu dosa
STEP : 1
First take the one cup of rice wash this in a water and then add 2 cup of water and keep aside for 3 hours.

Now take the Huralie kollu and clean this fully, Then wash this in a water, And add 1 cup of water to the 1/2 cup of huralie kollu, as in the below image.
STEP : 3
After soaking it for a 3 hours, now take a one jar in this add the rice and hurali kollu as we put in the water in the above. And grind by adding 1/2 cup of water.

Now add 1 spun of salt and 1/2 spun of red chilly flux and grind for 5 minutes, again.

Now the huralie kollu dosa is ready now, Just mix fully before spreading on the thava.

Now take a one thava and make it heat in the medium flame, Take a one onion and rub this as i did in the image, because by doing this dosa is not stick on to the thava.

Now spread the dosa mixer on the thava, and spread one spun of oil around the dosa.
STEP : 8
After spreading the 1 spun of oil, now close the thava by one plate and cook for 5 minutes.

Now open the plate and turn back the dosa and again cook for 5 minutes in another side also.

Now the healthy and tasty huralie kollu dosa is ready to serve now, Serve this in a hot for good taste.
