Ingredients of Koki recipe
STEP : 1
First i created served sweet wheat flour koki with any pickle. its a very crispy & tasty dish. its a very breakfast dish.or whenever you want this dish. you can eat anytime.first take a tea pan & add 8 spoon sugar fling.

2nd step is take 1/2 cup water add in sugar & stir it well & cook it for 10 mins, this dish is very tasty & nutritious dish.& mouth watering sweet.

in 3rd step is look at this pic almost done sugar syrup & keep a side . we will prepare a dough of wheat flour with sugar syrup.

get a big untensill & get 2 cup of wheat flour & add 4 spoon oil, mix it well this flour.

kneaded wheat flour with sugar syrup. mix it very nicely.. & just like that i prepared a dough keep a side for 4 hours.

after 4 hours take a little bit dough in hand ,take a oil &made it circle shape with wheat flour .

now rolling the roti very nicely . this sweet is very crispy & tasty recipe . its a very healthy dish . you can take this dish in outside. & you can eat this dish till 3 to 4 days.

turn on the heat & put it frying tava after completly hot this tava then spread ghee in tava & put it the prepared roti in tava.
STEP : 9
this sweet wheat flour koki cook it this koki first one side with ghee & another side cook it for 15 mins,untill cook it koki till then koki shouldn't crispy & cruncy.
