Ingredients of Kohlrabi curry
STEP : 1
Take a clean and fresh plate and take one onion in it and clean with fresh water and chop the onion ans add it into the bowl.

and now take a fresh tomato and clean it with fresh water and take it into a plate and chop it into small pieces.

and now take a fresh coconut and dice it into small pieces and add them into mixer and add some water and gring it and filter coconut milk.

and now take the kholrabi vegetable into a plate and clean it with fresh water and soak it in hot water keep it in a plate.

and now after soaking dry it with a cloth and peel it of slowly with the vegetable peeler and chop them into small square pieces.

and now take a small bowl or vessel and add the vegetable into it and add some water and salt and keep it in a cooker and cook for 2 whistles.

and after cooker gets two whistles off the cooker and keep aside and take a pan and add some oil and add the chopped onions.

and add some fresh and dry coconut to the pan and fry till the onions turn into golden brown color and add some ginger garlic paste.

and now add the all the pressure cooked vegetables to the pan and stir fry for some time and add some salt and garam masala and red chili powder.

and now add the coconut milk and one cup of curd to the pan and mix well and cook the gravy till it exceeds oil out and add kasuri methi.
