STEP : 1
Boil and pill the kochu and keep aside. Then clean and cut the shrimp and keep aside. chopped the coriander leaves.Then paste the ginger,green chili and cumin seeds.All those things bring together for next step of cooking.
STEP : 2
Hot a pan then add some oil in it then add the shrimp and salt and fry properly in high flame. Then add the kochu,salt and turmeric powder.

fry the kochu Then add ginger paste and cumin seeds paste one by one and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
STEP : 4
then add the chili paste ,salt and cook for 5 minutes in high flame on the gas oven till when the masala split from oil.

then add the chopped coriander leaves and cook for 5 minutes in low flame then add some water in the sabji.
STEP : 6
Then cook the kochu chingri dom, for five minutes on high flame gas oven ,When the sabji is ready then off the gas oven.
STEP : 7
Then stand for 5 minutes and then pour it in a serving bowl for eating it with hot steamed rice in lunch.
