Ingredients of Kobbari podi
STEP : 1
First of all take the plate and take the coconut and cut them in to long thin pieces and keep them in the sun rise for 2 hours.

now take the another plate and take the chana dal and dhaniyalu gear and the curry leaves garlic and red chilies etc.

now take the pan and switch on the stove and then take the dhaniyalu and gera and fry them in the pan.

now take the red chilies and add two red chilies and then add the curry leaves and fry them first well and take in to plate and keep aside.

now take the chana dal and the black gram and fry them well in the dry pan until they fry well and add them in fried dhaniya mixture.

now take the coconut pieces and fry them in the dry pan until the color changed to light brown color and add them plate and keep aside.

now take the garlic and peel out the outer layer and add them in the fried items and keep aside.

now take the crystal salt and add the sufficient salt for the taste and mix all of them well and keep them aside.

now mix all the fried ingredients well as shown in the image and cool them well until they cool down in the cool environment.

now grind them will like a fine powder as shown in the image with out add any water while grinding them.
