This is a healthy salad recipe and can be cooked very fast. This does not need any oil and is very tasty. It has a sweet and a tangy flavor due to the presence of dates and kiwi. It is usually served as an appetizer.
A Sweetest And Best Healthy Kiwi Salad Dish For Kids Flavour
- 1.00 nos Kiwi
- 0.50 nos Zuchini
- 0.50 cup Dates
- 2.00 tbsp Honey
- 1.00 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2.00 nos Mint Leaves
- Take half if a zuchini and a kiwi and wash and clean them. Take a small pack of dates and little honey and lime juice.
- Peel and deep seed the dates and wash it very well so that it can be sliced. Chop the Zuchini and kiwi into round chips shapes.
- In the salad dish, first add the layer of Zuchini as shown in the image so that it i evenly spread.
- Once the Zuchini has been placed, sprinkle some honey on the top of the slices in a uniform pattern all along.
- Now add the kiwi slices in an uniform manner as shown in the image on top of the zuchini and honey layer.
- Now again add a layer of zuchini on top of the kiwi and then add the sliced date on top of it.
- Now for garnishing add a few mint leaves and then sprinkle the lime water well and then it is ready to be served with a few kiwi slices decorated on the sides.
