kinnathappam is one of the traditional dish of kerala. It is made mainly with rice flour and sugar. It need only very less cooking time and less ingredients. It is very healthy and tasty dish. It is a better tea time snack.

Ingredients of Kinnathappam

1.00 cup Rice flour
0.50 cup sugar
1.00 cup coconut
0.75 cup water
1.00 tbsp cumin seed
0.25 tbsp oil
0.25 tbsp salt

Take the coconut and add a little amount of water to it. Then mix it by using a grinder.
