First of all, the khaskhas is washed and then is soaked in the bowl with the water for the whole night.

After that, when it is soaked properly, stain the water from it and take it into the grinder so can make a thick paste of it.

Now, grind it properly and add little bit of water to it so that make a good paste and then take it out.

Now, after this, take the pan and add the ghee to the pan and let it melt and get little hot.

After that, when the ghee gets hot, add the mixture that was grinded into the mixer to the pan and cook.

Now, after this, cook it on the medium flame by continuous stiring it for around 20 minutes till it gets brown in color.

Now, after that, till the khaskhas is cooked, take the milk in the cup that is to be used for further process.

Now, after that, add the milk to the mixture and cook till the milk gets evaporates and mixture gets dry again.

Now, after that, on the other side, take the sugar in the cup as per the mentioned quantity that has to be used next.

Now, when the mixture is dry, add the sugar to the pan and mix it well in the khaskhas and the milk mixture.

Now, after this, cook the mixture well till the sugar gets melt properly and then cook it on the medium flame for few more minutes.

After that, take the dryness of the halwa as per the need and close the burner and serve the halwa by garnishing with the almonds.
