- 1.25 tbsp Khoya
- 1.25 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1.25 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1.25 tbsp Salt
- 1.25 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1.25 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 1.00 nos Bay Leaf
- 4.00 nos Cardamons
- 3.00 nos Cloves
- 2.00 nos Cinnamon
- 1.25 tbsp Caraway Seeds
- 1.25 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 2.00 nos Green Chilies
- 1.25 cup Ghee
Instructions

- These are the simple ingredients required to make the Kaju khoya dish in the home
- First step you need to chopped the Onions and green chilles and add it in the grinder cup
- In the grinder cup you need to add the half table spoon of ginger garlic paste and grind it
- Next step you need to take the frying pan put it on the stove heat it and add the 2 table spoon of ghee in it
- After heating the ghee you need to add the cashew nuts in the frying pan as shown
- You need to fry the cashew nuts till it gets light brown in colour as shown and remove it in the plate
- After removing the cashew nuts in the same frying pan you need to add the ghee some more and add the bay leaf in it as shown
- Next you need to add the whole Garam masala in the frying pan Cloves, Cardamon, Cinnamon, and Caraway seeds as shown
- Next you need to add the above grinded paste in the frying pan and cook for a few minutes
- When Onion gets cooked you need to add the half table spoon of red chilli powder in the frying pan
- Next you to add the half table spoon of turmeric powder in the frying pan and mix it well and cook for a few minutes
- Next you need to add the one table spoon of khoya in the frying pan and mix it and cook for a few minutes
- After adding the khoya you need to cook well and add half a glass of water in the frying pan
- Next you need to add the half table spoon of salt or as per the taste in the dish
- Next you need to add one table spoon of fresh cream in the Kaju khoya dish and mix it and cook for a few minutes
- Next step you need to add the above email fried cashew nuts in the dish and cook for a few minutes and switch off the stove
- After cooking now you need to take a serving bowl and add the cooked Kaju khoya dish in it and garnish it with Coriander leaves as shown.
