Poppy seeds halwa or khas khas halwa is most popular indian dessert specially in south side.These helps to improve the strength of kids and teenage people .These halwa contains high nutritious that gives energy to our whole body that keeps enthusiastic.

Ingredients of Khas khas ka halwa

0.50 gram poppy seeds
0.25 liter milk
1.00 cup Shredded coconut
0.75 cup Sugar
0.25 tbsp Cardamom powder
3.00 no Almonds
3.00 no cashewnuts
2.00 tbsp Ghee
1.00 tbsp raisins
0.25 tbsp Salt
