Ingredients of Khara pongal
STEP : 1
Take the big vessel and clean it well and add the one cup of fried moong dal and the one cup of rice and soak them in the water.

and now as the next step add the fresh plate and add the jeera and the cloves and the pepper to the plate.

and now as the next step soak the rice and moong dal for the 30 minutes and rinse it once and add the fresh water and now add the spices.
