This dish is famous in karnataka and is a sweet dish made out of Rava, ghee , sugar and dry fruits .. very simple and tasty dish prepared in 20-25min with very few ingredients . Quick dish for evening time for snacks

Ingredients of Kesari bath

1.50 cup Rava
5.00 tbsp Ghee
8.00 no Cashew
8.00 no dry grapes
1.00 cup sugar
0.50 tbsp food colour
1.50 cup water

Take a pan , add ghee . let it heat . Now add cashew and dry grapes and saute it well till it turns golden brown and set it aside

Now add a pinch of food colour . It gives a good texture and colour for the dish . I have used kesar food colour in this which is orange

Sweet dishes are always my favorite. This one looks so mouth watering and tempting that I am so obsessed that I can not wait when I will have this. This will be a great option if you are bored from your day to day recipes. You will love the taste of this. You can add some extra butter if you are a butter lover and also add some more sweet.
