An Indian recipe served cold. Made up of milk cream kesar and pista. Kids favorite and elders also love it. Preparation time 30 mins and can be served after allowing it to be cooled for 6 to 8 hours. Served in matka ( pot )

Ingredients of Kesar pista kulfi

1.00 liter milk
1.00 cup sugar
2.00 gram saffron
10.00 no pista
10.00 no badam

Kesar pista kulfi

Firstly pour the milk in a pan and leave it to boil. Use low flame to avoid burning at the bottom.

Take few strands of saffron. After the milk is boiled; pour 3 tsp of boiled hot milk in the saffron to dilute it.

Bring the milk to half the quantity by stirring it occasionally. Add sugar and pieces of pista and badambadam to the hot milk.

Place the mutka or tumbler tightly closed in the fridge for atleast 6 to 8 hrs. Insert an ice cream stick in the tumbler after 2 hrs.
