Kerala Fish Curry
- 0.50 kg kalanchifish
- 0.50 cup chillypowder
- 1.00 tbsp corianderpowder
- 1.00 tbsp turmericpowder
- 1.00 nos smallonion
- 3.00 nos garliccloves
- 1.00 tbsp ginger
- 1.00 tbsp gambooge
- 1.00 tbsp curryleaves
- 0.50 tbsp salt
- 0.25 cup oil
- 0.50 cup water
Instructions
Kerala Fish Curry
- Take half kg kalanchi fish in a plate and wash it properly for many times with fresh water.Keep it aside in a plate.
- Then take some chilly powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder in a suitable plate.Make sure that you have added these ingredients according to one’s taste
- Then take small onions, currry leaves,small ginger piece and cut it into small pieces and transfer it into a clean plate.
- In an other plate take enough salt and one piece of gambooge.Don’t add too much salt to the fish curry you make.
- Then take a pan and pour some oil and keep it in flame.Add mustard seeds and garlic cloves and cut into small pieces and add to the pan.
- Then add chilly powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder to the above pan.Add some water to the pan.Add enough water to make enough gravy.Add the salt and gambooge to it.
- Then add the fish into a earthen pot.Add the above mix to the earthen pot also.Then start to cook the fish.
- After cooking it for about 30 minutes turn off the flame.After it is ready transfer it to a beautiful plate.your kalanchi curry is ready.
