STEP : 1
At the first step take the boneless pieces of beef and clean it well using water .

Then drain off excess water, take a pressure cooker and put beef to it , put some turmeric powder to it .

Then put some salt and water to it . Then close the cooker and keep it on flame .

Then take a blender or mixer and put some ginger garlic to it and grind it well .

When the beef gets cooked well off the flame and let it cool before opening the cooker.

Mean while take a coconut and make thin slices of coconut and keep it aside .

Then heat a pan and put some oil to it and let it hot .

Then first put the coconut pieces to it and when it becomes brawn take it out.

Then put the sliced onion to it and let it also fried brawn . Take it out also.

Mean while to the beef put some red chilly powder and a teaspoon of coriander powder to it .

Then put the ginger garlic paste also to it and mix everything well , add salt if needed .

Then to the hot oil put the beef mix and stir well , let it fried well . Put some pepper corns to it

When it so nicely fried put some curry leaves also to it and mix well .

Then put the fried onion and fried coconut pieces to it . Our dish is ready to serve.
