This is a very famous and yummy dish of beef which we keralites make at home . It's very soft , crispy , spicy and very tasty , everyone will love this dish. We can have this along with chappathi, rice , porrotta . Some people take this as snack also.

Ingredients of Kerala beef fry

0.50 kg Beef
0.50 cup Coconut pieces
1.00 tbsp Ginger
1.00 tbsp Garlic
0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp Chilly powder
0.25 tbsp Pepper corns
2.00 tbsp Curry leaves
0.25 tbsp Salt
1.00 no Onion

At the first step take the boneless pieces of beef and clean it well using water .

as we already know from the name of the recipe we know it is a famous kerela dish and was good with chapati and roti. the beef can also be used as snack. the recipe was really nice as the beef turned out crispy and spicy which was really good. it was good overall and does not take much time also.
